Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can see, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent, nominate someone, or raise a grievance.
How it works
One request, answered in writing.
Tell us what you would like us to do. We may contact you to confirm your identity — so that nobody else can see or erase your data — and then act on it. We respond within 90 days at the latest, usually much sooner.

Withdrawing consent takes effect as soon as you ask. Some records — for example those we must keep by law, or that relate to a legal claim — may be kept for as long as that obligation lasts; if so, we will tell you which and why.
