Questions & answers
What clients ask us.
Who must have an Internal Committee?
Every employer with ten or more employees at an office or branch. Where there are fewer than ten, complaints go to the Local Committee constituted by the District Officer.
Must the Internal Committee include an outsider?
Yes. One member must come from an NGO or association committed to the cause of women, or be a person familiar with issues relating to sexual harassment.
