Corporate Advisory
Company Law & RERA Compliances Governance that holds up to scrutiny.
We advise businesses through every stage of their corporate life — incorporation, restructuring, statutory compliance and the ongoing obligations that come with growth.
For real estate developers, promoters and investors, we bring the same discipline to RERA: registration, project documentation and the compliance that protects both the project and the purchaser relationship.

Property due diligence
Title, approvals and encumbrance review before you commit capital.
How we approach this work
Research-driven.
We audit records, approvals and title before advising, so recommendations rest on what the documents actually show.
Client-centric.
Compliance is built around how your business runs — clear calendars and owners, not a binder no one opens.
Result-oriented.
The measure is simple: filings on time, projects registered before launch and no avoidable penalties.

Questions & answers
What clients ask us.
Which real estate projects need RERA registration?
Under Section 3 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, projects where the land exceeds 500 square metres or the number of apartments exceeds eight must be registered before they are advertised or sold. States can set lower thresholds.
What happens if annual ROC filings are missed?
Late filing attracts additional fees for every day of delay and can lead to disqualification of directors after continued default. Most lapses can be regularised if addressed early.
